Commercial Tenant Improvement Program

The City of Cincinnati Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) has launched a program that will award grants of up to $20,000 for tenant improvements to small businesses relocating to Cincinnati, opening a new business in Cincinnati, or expanding within Cincinnati.

More information about the Commercial Tenant Improvement Program and an application can be found below and on our website at www.choosecincy.com.

The deadline for submitting applications is COB Monday, September 18th.
